60 Thai government officials and private educators visit the congress. \
Congress Theme: Champion the Cause of All Children
> Participation in the international Montessori congress In 2005, with support from KRB Consultant Australia & AAAA Events Australia, 60 Thai government officials and private educators participated in the 25th International Montessori Congress in Sydney, Australia. Mr. Chamnarn Sornsue, Nakorn Pathom Educational Service Area One was the leader of the Thai delegates. A showcase of the Montessori pilot project was presented in the Congress Expo. The Kanjanaburi Thai tourist office sent a team of cultural exhibitors from Kanjanaburi Technical College, as part of their contribution, to set up a model of a Thai house to display photos from the Royal Office, HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador, while visiting Montessori classroom in remoteness area. The Congress committee received a message from Her Royal Highness which in part said, *“On the success of this event for the benefit of children of the world and wishing all delegates the determination and strength to carry further the theme of the Congress to Champion the Cause of all Children regardless of race, place or religion”.*
